Services

The clinic offers a range of state of the art services, including Ayurvedic consultations, Panchakarma therapies, and herbal medicine prescriptions. The Ayurvedic treatments are administered by experienced Ayurvedic doctor.

Consultation

We offer consultation services where patients can meet with an experienced Ayurvedic practitioner to discuss their health concerns. During the consultation, the practitioner will conduct a thorough evaluation of the patient's physical and mental health, including their medical history, lifestyle, and habits. Based on this evaluation, the practitioner will develop an individualized treatment plan tailored to the patient's unique needs.

Individualized Ayurvedic Treatment Schedules

We provide individualized treatment schedules based on the patient's health evaluation during the consultation. These treatment schedules may include a combination of Ayurvedic therapies such as herbal medicines, and lifestyle modifications. The aim of these treatments is to restore the patient's natural balance and promote overall well-being.

Individualized Diet and Lifestyle Advice

We offer individualized diet and lifestyle advice to patients based on their Ayurvedic constitution, known as prakriti. The practitioner will evaluate the patient's prakriti and make specific recommendations for foods and lifestyle changes that support their unique constitution. These recommendations may include dietary modifications, yoga, and meditation practices.

Yoga and Meditation Classes

We often provide yoga and meditation classes as a complementary therapy to Ayurvedic treatments. These classes can help patients manage stress, improve mental clarity, and promote overall well-being. The classes are typically led by experienced yoga and meditation instructors who incorporate Ayurvedic principles into their teachings.

Panchakarma

Panchakarma is a traditional Ayurvedic therapy offered. It is a detoxification and rejuvenation treatment that involves five different cleansing methods: Vamana (induced vomiting), Virechana (purgation), Nasya (nasal administration), Basti (medicated enema), and Raktamokshana (bloodletting). Panchakarma is believed to remove toxins from the body and promote overall well-being.

Suvarna Prashana

We offer Suvarna Prashana, a traditional Ayurvedic practice for children aged 6 months to 16 years. It is a monthly oral administration of a specific Ayurvedic formulation known as Suvarna Bindu Prashana. This practice boosts immunity and improves overall health in children. The practitioner will evaluate the child's unique constitution and provide the appropriate dosage based on their age and health condition.

About Me

As a dedicated Ayurvedic practitioner, I completed my BAMS degree from a government Ayurvedic medical college in Bengaluru. With over 26,000 hours of experience in the field, I have had the opportunity to work under the guidance of experienced Ayurvedic doctors such as Dr. Mamatha Murthy, Dr. Prema Kumari, Dr. Fathima, Dr. Dharani from Jayachamarajendra Institute of Indian Medicine, and Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology.

Now, I am excited to take my experience and merge it with the convenience of online consultations to create a unique and personalized experience for each patient. My setup is guided by renowned Ayurvedic doctors such as Dr. B. V. Kumaraswamy (Retd. HOD and Professor, Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology) and Dr. Vijayalakshmi (Retd. CCRAS Research Officer) with additional support and advice from esteemed practitioners such as Dr. T N Manjunath (National Secretary, Aarogya Bharathi), Dr. Veena S R (Medical Officer and Research Coordinator at Medical Research Council, Holdsworth Memorial Hospital UK), Dr. Vijayalakshmi and Dr. Ganesh (Vignesha Ayurvedic hospital, Bengaluru), Dr. Karthik Pandit and Dr. Ranjani Karthik (SN Pandit Group), and Dr. C. S. Anil Kumar (Director, Dixit Aarogya Dhama, Ayurveda Hospital, Mysore).

I take pride in offering an individualistic Ayurvedic treatment, recognizing that even though we share 99% of our genome, we all have unique differences. Understanding these differences is crucial to promoting healing and rejuvenation, and I am passionate about helping each patient identify their prakruti (unique constitution) and vikruti (current imbalances) to guide treatment.
